Job description
Overview

We are recruiting for a Sales & Reservations Coordinator for an 8-month fixed term contract to work in a busy and prestigious organisation based in Welwyn Garden City.

To start in September through to approx. May 2026 - this role is to cover maternity leave.

Weekly hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.00pm a total of 35 hours per week.

This position is 100% office based - so you must live within commutable distance from the office in Welwyn Garden City.

Excellent customer services, some sales and strong administration skills are vital for this role as you will be having daily contact with clients together with all the administrative back up.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients by email and telephone - assisting with any decision making and advising where possible.
  • Nurture client relationships by providing excellent customer care - and establishing your own client list.
  • Respond to prospective clients via webchat promptly and efficiently.
  • Be proactive in selling through leads and outbound calling.
  • Use your selling skills to reach monthly targets.
  • Share product knowledge with the clients and within the team.
  • Guarantee all clients are given regular updates on any outstanding queries.
  • Occasionally attend trade shows on company business
  • Work Saturdays on a roster basis and be flexible with hours
  • Plus other ad hoc duties when required.
