haart Estate Agents in Westcliff are looking for a Sales Progressor to join their team! This role is on a part‑time basis of 3/4 days.
As part of the team, you’ll be responsible for registering client details and keeping the sales process moving by staying in close contact with all key stakeholders, from mortgage advisers and solicitors to buyers, vendors, and surveyors. You’ll chase progress, provide updates, and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everyone involved.

Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within an administrative role. Ideally, you have experience or knowledge about Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process.

As a Sales Progressor, we would expect you to be able to pick up client relationships, manage multiple cases at one time and effectively communicate with and update your key stakeholders within the home buying process to ensure a smooth completion.
