Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join the busy Bishopston office on a full‑time basis. This role is ideal for a motivated, enthusiastic individual with at least 6 months’ experience in estate agency. You’ll be joining a collaborative and high‑performing team, with access to extensive training, professional qualifications, and fantastic company perks including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, regular social events, and a supportive working culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings
  • Liaising with applicants and vendors to ensure smooth communication and progress
  • Negotiating offers and managing the sales process from start to finish
  • Assisting in launching new instructions and preparing properties for market
  • Providing excellent customer service at every stage of the sales journey
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in estate agency

Package and Benefits
  • Basic salary: £26,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Realistic OTE: £33,500+ (uncapped, through pooled commission and financial services introductions)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing after 3 and 6 years)

  • Working hours: 08:45–18:00 Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 every other Saturday (with day off in lieu)
