An opportunity for a motivated individual to join a busy Woking estate agency, supporting buyers and sellers through the sales process while developing a long-term career in property.

This is a great opportunity to join an independent estate agency in Woking as a Sales Negotiator. The role would suit someone looking to move into property sales or build on existing experience using strong customer service, sales, or relationship-management skills.

You’ll be supported by an experienced team and given the chance to learn the full residential sales process while working with buyers and vendors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
  • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
  • Building relationships with buyers and vendors
  • Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression
  • Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Generating leads for valuations and financial services
  • Representing the agency professionally at all times
