Sales & Marketing Manager — Sandwich, Kent

Salary: £32,000 rising to £35,000

Hours: Full-time, Permanent, 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver marketing and sales strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage social media channels with engaging, on-brand content
  • Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
  • Oversee website updates, newsletters, SEO, and Google Ads
  • Write press releases, manage PR, and strengthen community presence
  • Generate new B2B opportunities, partnerships, and revenue growth
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance, and present reports to management
