A leading project management firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled leader to manage and coordinate the OE Control & Nuclear Projects team. The ideal candidate will have an HNC/HND qualification and experience in the valve industry. They will be responsible for preparing technical proposals, managing customer relationships, and ensuring team effectiveness. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant projects in the nuclear sector.
Business Need / Purpose of Role:
To manage and coordinate the OE Control & Nuclear Projects team, ensuring that they have the training and tools to generate quotations and give technical advice to our customers. To ensure that the Control & Nuclear Projects team is customer-focused, effective and pro-active in its approach to servicing our customers.

Achieve year on year growth targets through the budget and forecasting process.
Execute the specific sales plans and strategies to optimise existing and potential business.
Recommend sales, product, and pricing strategies.
Maintain customer interface to increase sales to existing accounts and attract new.

Education and/or Experience:
Ideally be HNC/HND qualified with some experience in a leadership role within a sales office environment
Demonstrable experience in the valve industry
An understanding of the fundamentals of nuclear safety culture is essential
Language Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Other European language preferred but not essential.
Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
Computer Skills:
Competent user of Microsoft Office packages.
SAP desirable, but not essential.
