Direct Reports : 2 full-time team members initially with view to expand
Working Hours : Full Time
Compensation : £60k basic, uncapped OTE (£80-100k realistic)

Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of driving revenue growth and leading the sales team to exceed targets. You’ll collaborate proactively with marketing to generate pipeline, execute new ideas, and ensure the Uptime brand is highly visible across the MSP industry. Your role will be key in building lasting client relationships, identifying market trends, and being an engaging presence at industry events.

Occasional travel to company sites (Crawley / Portsmouth)
Event attendance required (approx. 6 times / year, UK-wide or international as needed)
