• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with success in meeting sales targets.
• Experience in Home Improvements or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of self-employed Sales Executives.
• Drive recruitment for self-employed Sales Representatives.
• Provide training and development for the sales team.
• Generate leads through various approved methods.
• Present finance presentations in accordance with regulations.
• Work with Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports.
