Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Manager for a high volume national housebuilder.
• Experience leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales budgets and targets for each development.
• Support, manage, and motivate the sales team.
• Provide continual training and support to Sales Advisors.
• Oversee site presentation to maintain standards.
• Agree budgets for show homes with Head of Sales.
