A dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, who acts as ambassador of The Fellows House hotel. You will embody our core values of cultured, devoted and person centred, displaying value driven leadership with a devotion to excellence. You will have a passion for hospitality with a customer centric mindset demonstrating a deep devotion to providing a person-centred experience for both guests and team members.
Lead our sales department playing a pivotal role in driving revenue, increasing brand awareness, and fostering guest loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel sales, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and effective leadership skills. You will possess the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and play a key role in promoting and enhancing the Fellows brand.
