One of our best clients is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join their successful group.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding results.
• Maximise sales and profitability across the dealership while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Develop and coach your team, setting clear objectives and recognising high performance.
• Manage manufacturer relationships, ensuring brand standards, CSI, and sales targets are achieved.
• Take ownership of customer relationships to maintain the highest possible CSI scores.
• Identify and drive new business opportunities to boost revenue.
