Sales Manager - Up to £50,000 Basic - Uncapped Commission - 1st Year OTE £70,000 - Twyford - Office-Based

Are you ready to build something from the ground up?

We're offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to establish and lead a brand-new Business Development Department. You'll recruit and shape your own team, develop innovative strategies, and inspire success in a growing company with ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in call centres, outbound sales, business development, field sales, or account management, provided you have experience managing and leading a sales team.
