Sales Manager – Estate Agency

Basic Salary: £25,000 | OTE: £35,000 – £45,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced estate agency professional to join a successful and forward‑thinking residential sales business in Sittingbourne as a Sales Manager. This role is ideal for a Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step into leadership, offering strong earning potential, structured career progression, and a supportive working environment.

Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, winning new business, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales activity within the branch while supporting the development and motivation of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing residential sales and providing professional advice to buyers and sellers
  • Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
  • Marketing and showcasing properties to achieve the best possible sale prices
  • Working collaboratively with the team to match properties with suitable buyers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other property professionals
  • Identifying new leads and generating business opportunities
  • Supporting the Branch Manager with team motivation, coaching, and performance management
The Ideal Candidate

This role is open only to experienced estate agency professionals. You will need to demonstrate:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience within residential estate agency, including valuing experience
  • A proven track record of converting valuations into instructions and completed sales
  • Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills

Salary and Benefits
  • Basic salary of £25,000 per annum, with additional guaranteed earnings for the first three months
  • Realistic on‑target earnings of £35,000 – £45,000, with uncapped commission
