Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers to drive growth within the Foodservice sector in Northern Ireland. Take full accountability for achieving sales targets, managing margins, controlling debt, and delivering profitable results. Provide strategic direction, coaching, and development to ensure the team maximises opportunities within key customer segments and consistently delivers exceptional performance.
