Sales Manager – Manufacturing Management Portfolio

Hybrid (Dartford, 3 days in office).

Are you passionate about connecting suppliers with senior industry decision-makers? Join us as a Sales Manager to grow client relationships, deliver tailored marketing solutions, and drive commercial success, combining your sales expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking to support the UK’s leading manufacturing platform.

The salary is £40,000 (DOE) plus circa £20,000 uncapped commission and company benefits.

As a Sales Manager, you’ll

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within manufacturing and industrial technology sectors.
  • Deliver tailored advertising and marketing solutions, including digital lead generation, custom content, branded podcasts, and webinars
  • Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and translate them into high-impact campaigns.
  • Represent Manufacturing Management at industry events, forums, and partner-led summits, including international travel opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Use insight, creativity, and data to shape commercial strategy and identify new revenue opportunities.

  • Experience in B2B media sales, advertising, or marketing services, ideally within technical or industrial markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with confidence in pitching creative solutions
  • Consultative approach to client relationships: listening, understanding, and delivering value

  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events
Nice-to-haves
  • International client or account management experience
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing campaigns
