Sales Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to drive operational excellence and lead a team of Sales Advisors to deliver an optimum level of service to their customers.

You will ideally possess a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team and ideally have experience working in an FCA-regulated environment.

The role will be office-based, Monday - Friday based in their office in Banbury with a competitive salary and commission package.
