An energetic and charismatic Estate Agency Sales Manager is required to lead a successful estate agency team in the East Grinstead area: A candidate who thrives at driving property sales, winning new instructions, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Our client, a respected and growing independent estate and lettings agency in East Grinstead, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead their local residential sales operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a motivated team, securing new instructions, and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service throughout the sales process.

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a strong track record in instruction winning, team leadership, and local market knowledge.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Winning new property instructions and expanding the branch’s sales portfolio.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing sales team.
  • Conducting valuations and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategy.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Generating new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking.
  • Monitoring local market trends and implementing strategies to grow revenue.
  • Managing performance reporting and contributing to branch targets.
