Qualifications

We're a high growth business solving real hiring problems with technology and a human touch. Now, we're looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales strategy and lead our team to hit ambitious targets, helping us scale revenue and make a global impact.

Why this role rocks: You'll lead our sales strategy and play a critical role in driving Smart Working's growth. Your focus is on setting the direction, building the structure and pushing எதிரி ([quote]the team to deliver[/quote]). Your job is to grow a high performing sales function that consistently hits ambitious revenue goals, while supporting the team to close major accounts and after a period of time scale internationally.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Own the numbers and structure: Design the sales org, set team structure and responsibilities, then build clear plans_meeting monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets.
  • Lead from the front: Manage the full sales team, shape deal strategy and model best practice in discovery, objection handling and closing—training the team and creating playbooks.
  • Hire, develop and drive talent: Recruit epic sales people, set KP автомобили returns to KPI, run weekly 1‑1s and pipeline reviews, train the team rigorously and create a culture of high standards and constant improvement.
  • Build the engine: Own our messaging and multi‑channel approach across outbound and account management. Ensure our process, from sequences to stage definitions, is sharp and repeatable.
  • Make data your superpower: Partner with RevOps to create best‑in‑class dashboards, set and track KPIs, forecast with precision, and use metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and focus energy where it moves the needle.
  • Sharpen GTM and messaging: Improve what we say and how we say it across every channel. Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, ABM and positioning. Collaborate with Customer Success on growing existing accounts.
  • Own the toolstack: Get the most from CRM and sales tools, ensure clean data and simple workflows, and automate where it saves time without losing quality. Purpose: Do things that matter.

Qualifications
  • Rising sales leader: 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years as an AE and some people leadership experience (formal or informal). You're ready(usuario région) to take the next step into owning and scaling a sales team.
  • Strong operator with a numbers‑first mindset: You understand pipeline mechanics, conversion rates, deal velocity and forecasting. You run your week off the numbers and are excited to get sharper at this as you grow.
  • Playbook builder: You've seen what a great sales motion looks like and have started to document what works. You believe in your formula and you're excited to help formalise, refine and scale playbooks across people, process and tools.
  • Tooling and data: Comfortable working with CRM, sequencing and reporting tools. You enjoy learning how tooling and automation can make teams more effective, without losing the human touch.
  • Sales ops: You care about clean data,(candidate process) consistent process and reliable reporting. You may not have owned sales ops end‑to‑end yet, but you're keen to learn and help improve how the function runs.
  • Proven individual results: Clear history of hitting or exceeding quota as an AE, with evidence of strong deal execution, improving win rates and solid pipeline discipline.
  • Owner mindset: High energy, high standards and a bias to action. You take responsibility, move fast, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • International ambition: Some exposure to selling internationally (or a strong desire to learn), with excitement about helping take the company from UK‑first to a more global sales organisation—particularly into the US over time.
