Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 sales executives, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
  • Drive B2B sales growth through partnerships with installers, roofing firms, developers, and contractors.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives.
  • Maintain and expand key customer relationships, supporting complex or strategic deals.
  • Manage sales reporting, pipeline forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical and marketing teams to align messaging and market penetration.
