Job summary

A rapidly growing company near Birmingham City Centre is seeking an experienced Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead a sales team, driving revenue growth and maintaining a positive culture. You will be responsible for coaching your team, implementing effective sales processes, and analyzing performance data. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and the ability to interpret market data. Flexibility in travel is required, as the role involves traveling 3 days per week outside Birmingham City Centre.

Citrus Recruit are excited to be working with a rapidly growing company near to Birmingham City Centre for an experienced Sales Manager.

You will be leading an experienced sales team from the front with their sales activity and KPI's. We're looking for someone who can put sales processes and KPI's in place, whilst maintaining a positive team culture.

You must be able to travel just outside of Birmingham City Centre 3 days per week and be flexible with travel.

Responsibilities & day to day duties

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for :

  • Coaching and supporting a team of account managers to consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • Lead your team through the entire sales journey, from prospecting to successful client onboarding.
  • Review key performance data and market insights to identify growth areas and address challenges.
  • Create and implement a clear sales plan with accurate pipeline and performance forecasting.
  • Building, developing, and retaining your team, ensuring alignment with people policies and best practice.
