The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for property. Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the Estate Agency industry.

  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.

  • Work across both Sales and Lettings Departments of the Agency.

  • Book property valuations.
  • Carry out accompanied viewings.
  • Liaise between purchasers and vendors, tenants and landlords.

The Ideal candidate will need the following experience to be considered for the position.

This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:

·Working across both the Sales and Lettings Departments of this busy Agency

·Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to available properties

·Booking property valuations

·Carrying out accompanied viewings

·Negotiating property sales and lets, liaising between purchasers and vendors, tenants and landlords

·Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business

·Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services

·Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities

·Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals


The Person

Ideally you will already be working as an Estate Agent and have a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.


This company enjoys market share in the area along with a very low staff turnover, so you will be looking for a long-term role, where you can develop and progress your career.

·Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

·Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

·Able to work to targets

·A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
