B2B Sales Manager

Our client is an innovative human potential analytics company operating across the UK, Europe, and MENA regions. They deliver science-backed behavioural diagnostics and workforce intelligence solutions that help organisations identify, develop, and maximise talent. As they rollout their product, they're seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to drive client acquisition and build strategic relationships with senior HR decision-makers across these key markets.

Role Responsibilities

Drive new business development by identifying and securing enterprise clients across UK, European, and MENA territories, focusing on organisations seeking advanced talent assessment and workforce analytics capabilities

Navigate the complete sales process from initial prospecting through to contract signature, including needs discovery, solution demonstrations, commercial proposals, and negotiation with senior stakeholders

Engage directly with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders, and Learning & Development Heads to position behavioural assessment and psychometric solutions that address their strategic talent challenges

Cultivate enduring client partnerships that deliver sustained satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion, working alongside Customer Success colleagues during implementation phases

Represent the organisation at HR technology conferences and industry gatherings, while conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform commercial strategy

Ideal Qualifications

5-7 years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally within HR technology, SaaS platforms, talent assessment tools, or learning and development solutions

Demonstrable track record of closing significant enterprise-level agreements with senior HR, Talent, L&D, or C-suite executives as primary decision-makers

Strong consultative approach with excellent presentation and communication capabilities, able to articulate complex behavioural science concepts in accessible business language

Proficiency using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecasting

Experience operating across UK, European, or MENA markets (fluency in Arabic or European languages advantageous but not essential)
