Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative

A great opportunity for a motivated Sales Executive / Sales Development Representative to join a growing organisation, using your B2B sales, telesales and lead generation skills to build relationships and help drive business growth.

Job Details

Salary: £25,000–35,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Location: Poulton le Fylde, Lancashire, North West England (100% Office Based)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Flexible within shift pattern: 1–9 pm, 2 pm–10 pm, 3 pm–11 pm Monday–Thursday and half day Friday. No weekends.

Interview Date: December 2025

Start Date: January 2026

Responsibilities
  • Making Outbound Calls: Engage potential clients and introduce company services
  • Generating Leads: Identify opportunities and pass qualified leads to the Field Sales Team
  • Building Relationships: Develop rapport with prospective clients across multiple regions
  • Gathering Information: Record key details accurately during calls
  • Supporting Sales Activity: Help drive B2B sales and appointment setting
  • Using Microsoft Office: Maintain organised records and documentation
  • Working to Targets: Meet and exceed agreed performance goals
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or B2B sales
  • Confident making outbound calls and building rapport

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
