Sales Executive Manager - New Business (Manufacturing)
Our client, an Autodesk reseller is looking for two New Business Sales Executive Managers to drive growth within key industry verticals. These are hunter-focused roles, responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding market presence.
Role
- Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities within your assigned industry
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new customers
- Apply an Outcome-Based Selling approach to understand customer needs and deliver value-led solutions
- Lead sales conversations and presentations with senior decision-makers
- Position high-value solutions and services aligned to customer objectives
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals
- Work closely with pre-sales, delivery and customer success teams
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and sales reporting
- Track market trends, competitors and industry developments
About You
- Proven success in new business sales / business development, ideally within software or SaaS
- Strong background in either:
- AEC: design, construction, infrastructure, project delivery
- Manufacturing: product development, engineering, production workflows
- Comfortable selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate business value
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willing to travel within the region as required
- Experience from construction technology, manufacturing software, or adjacent platforms is highly desirable. Candidates from outside traditional reseller channels are strongly encouraged to apply
