Job description

We Build Recruitment are now looking to hire an Internal Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a leading Plant Hire and Building Materials supplier based in Greater Manchester.

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service and driving sales. You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Previous sales or customer service experience within the Building Supplies and Landscaping products sectors is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and proactively make outbound calls to secure new business.
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, process orders, and ensure accurate record on our CRM system.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the plant hire equipment and services to effectively advise and upsell to customers.
  • Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
