Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role for someone who knows APAC markets, has a genuine passion for sailing or marine technology, and thrives on combining travel, relationship-building, and sales delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in APAC, ideally within the marine, sailing, or technology sectors. You’ll be confident discussing sailing gear, rigging systems, or marine electronics, with hands-on sailing or racing experience considered a strong advantage. This role suits someone self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, and confident managing relationships across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage distributors, partners, and key accounts across APAC.
  • Build strong relationships with sailors, yacht clubs, marine retailers, and racing teams.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals through consultative selling.
  • Provide market intelligence on trends, opportunities, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Support distributors and customers with onboarding and training.
  • Represent the business at trade shows, regattas, and sailing events.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for revenue, growth, and product adoption.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and logistics teams to align regional campaigns and rollouts.
  • Travel extensively across the region to meet partners, customers, and attend events.
