Overview

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for a Sales Executive. In this role you will be account managing customers.

Responsibilities
  • Contact lapsed and prospect customers to open up opportunities for either client meetings or calls for internal sales to follow up on.
  • Using the CRM data provided to create campaigns with the marketing team, for new customer sale incentives for your calls.
  • Work with the manager to support a portfolio of customers with order processing.
  • Reconnect with lapsed accounts by providing a fresh contact or approach.
  • Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPIs.
Skills & experience required
  • Proven B2B lead generation or sales experience.
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPI's and sales targets.
  • Experience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageous.
Benefits
  • Salary of up to £26,000.
  • Annual bonus structure.
  • Quarterly uncapped commission.
  • Hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-13:30.
  • Company pension.
  • 25 days holiday plus BH.
