Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our sales department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and orders alongside outbound quotes and inquiries
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email
  • Call new and Existing clients
  • Prepare and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Maintain customer databases and update records as needed
  • Generate reports on sales activities and performance metrics
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
