A prestigious boutique hotel in Chelsea is seeking a Sales Executive to manage and grow sales across corporate and leisure markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality sales and exceptional relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, maintaining client records, and supporting group business initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of an iconic hotel.
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for liaising with clients across all market segments, including Group, Leisure, and Corporate. You will play a key role in nurturing relationships, coordinating activity, and ensuring that opportunities are maximised across both properties in line with business objectives. A particular focus of the role will be supporting Group business, working in collaboration with the ILH Group & Events team. You will assist with the coordination of site visits, fam trips, and the welcoming of VIPs and group organisers, acting as a professional and engaging point of contact on property. Alongside client-facing duties, the role carries important administrative responsibilities. You will maintain accurate records of accounts and activities through Salesforce, and help monitor business performance and market trends using platforms such as Agency 360 and STR. This position offers the opportunity to build your sales expertise within a supportive team environment, while playing a visible part in the commercial success of two iconic Chelsea properties.
