Overview

Quoting Coordinator/Sales Estimator - Power Transmission

Our client designs and manufactures mechanical power transmission and workholding systems, recognised as among the best in the market. They have built a reputation through quality products and service, sustained by ongoing investment in R&D and committed staff. Based from their Midlands offices, they have served the UK market for over fifty years with a leading range of power transmission products used to aid automation and by OEMs in manufacturing processes.

Role

Due to continued growth an internal account management position has arisen with good technical knowledge to handle customer enquiries and produce quotes.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries and produce quotations
• Maintain knowledge of power transmission products (gears, gearboxes, couplings, freewheel, clutch, motors, cables, workholding, clamping, etc.)
• Prepare technical/mechanical quotations and support the sales process

Requirements

• Experience of dealing with customers
• Ability to produce technical/mechanical quotations
• Power Transmission knowledge (gears, gearbox, coupling, freewheel, clutch, motors, cables, workholding, clamping, etc.)
• Enthusiastic and dynamic with a proactive approach
