A leading cutting tool supplier is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to develop business in Scotland's Oil & Gas and engineering sectors. The role involves new business development, account management, and providing technical support. A strong background in the cutting tool industry is necessary. The position offers a competitive salary of £51,000 and a flexible home-based work option.
Territory: Scotland (Home-Based)
Salary: £51,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus
Car Options: Company Car (including EV options) or Allowance
We are seeking a highly driven, technically credible Technical Sales Representative to take ownership of a key territory - covering Scotland - with a focus on developing new business and building long-term partnerships in the cutting tools market.
Proven technical sales experience within the cutting tool industry - carbide tooling, indexable inserts, drills, milling tools, etc.
Confident in solution-led sales - understanding customer needs and specifying appropriate tooling solutions.
Strong understanding of machining processes in oil & gas, general engineering, or similar sectors.
Motivated self-starter, confident working remotely and independently.
Based in Scotland, with full UK driving licence.
Please note: We can only consider applicants with cutting tool industry experience due to the technical nature of this role.
