The role:

  • Building strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
  • Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships
  • Attend industry events, networking events, trade shows etc. to promote business and gain leads
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Engineering, Production, and Quality to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Managing enquiries and quotations, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and commercial viability
  • Conducting market analysis to identify growth areas and target accounts.
  • Supporting forecasting and strategic planning through client insights and data reporting

Experience/skills:

  • Proven experience in sellingtechnical or engineering services
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to price services competitively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and credible approach
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with quality systems and project-based environments
  • Engineering qualification preferred but not essential
  • Happy to travel to meet with prospective clients
