Sales Engagement Coordinator

Location : Hybrid : 1–2 days / week in-office at our Moorgate HQ, London or Manchester

Salary : £33,000-35,000 + performance-related bonus

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

We are also open to applications from candidates seeking part‑time arrangements and are happy to explore flexible options.

Retinue Solutions is looking for a Sales Engagement Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is an exciting junior‑level role with excellent scope for progression. Reporting into our Head of Solutions Design, you’ll work closely with our Sales team and Account Directors to strengthen customer relationships, optimise sales processes and support the planning and execution of strategic engagement activities across our business.

You’ll also have the opportunity to support our growth across all our sectors, working alongside our COO and Chief Growth Officer as we expand our presence in our core markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Hygiene & Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data across CRM systems to ensure quality and compliance.
  • HubSpot Cleansing, Admin & Reporting : Manage HubSpot workflows, cleanse data and produce regular performance reports.
  • Marketing Campaign Support : Manage HubSpot email campaigns, monitor engagement and support lead nurturing efforts.
  • FOIA Tracking : Submit Freedom of Information requests, log responses and maintain records in CRM.
  • Event Logistics : Manage full event execution including pre‑engagement & project planning, logistics, Retinue & client delegate management, merchandise / collateral preparation and liaison with Account Directors regarding current customer attendance.
  • AI‑Supported Routine Workflows : Use AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Bid Library Maintenance & Reference Data Structuring : Organise and update bid documentation and reference materials for easy access and consistency.
  • Routine Comms, Scheduling & Document Prep : Support internal and external communications, meeting scheduling and preparation of key documents.
  • Administrative Support Across Bids & Engagement : Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to ensure smooth delivery of bids and engagement activities.
  • Contract Monitoring : Track contract end dates and proactively follow up with clients to arrange review meetings.
  • NHS Growth Support : Assist with research, data capture and outreach to support our NHS expansion strategy in partnership with senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is advantageous.
  • Proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships and delivering high‑quality client experiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, events and tasks simultaneously.
  • A keen interest in sales, marketing, or communications, with a desire to grow in a commercial environment.
  • Comfortable working across teams and liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work from our central offices in Manchester or London 1–2 days per week and travel to events as required.
