As the Sales Enablement and Revenue Operations Lead you will play a critical role in aligning commercial strategy with execution. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Finance you’ll help ensure our go‑to‑market teams are set up for success and able to operate at scale.
Your focus will be on building the systems, processes and resources that enable the Sales organisation to consistently deliver results. This includes optimising how we segment the market, forecast revenue, measure performance and support our sellers with the right tools, training and content. You’ll also bring a data‑driven approach to decision‑making ensuring our leadership team has the insights needed to grow sustainably.
This role reports directly to the Head of Revenue and combines strategic thinking, operational discipline and cross‑functional leadership.
