Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Leadership: Oversee and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities across industrial applications and consumer goods markets.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Market Positioning: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Revenue Accountability: Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets, reporting directly to senior leadership.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of polyamides and plastics applications to provide consultative support to clients.
