MCS Group are delighted to be partnered with an award-winning digital learning company to recruit for a Sales Development Representative. This company has 20 years' experience in technology enabled learning and needs a Sales Development Representative for outreach, prospecting and lead qualification. As a Sales Development Representative on this team, you will actively participate in the growth of the business. If you're passionate about elevating client solutions and driving tech-driven outreach, you'll feel right at home here.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to quickly understand new concepts and tools and adjust to evolving client needs.
• Skilled at identifying client needs and tailoring e-learning/learning-platform solutions to upsell effectively.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation, finding and engaging new leads through online campaigns, cold/warm calling, and website lead conversion.
• Background in software or e-learning sales
• Comfortable working across sectors such as public sector, health, education, and related industries, offering bespoke, end-to-end solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Join a small, focused sales team to qualify leads and nurture them through the sales cycle.
• Prospecting, outreach and social media campaigning
• Develop and execute prospecting efforts across varied sectors
• Manage both online campaigns and direct outreach (cold calls, warm calls), turning interest into actionable opportunities.
• Help tackle a surplus of leads by effectively nurturing, and assigning opportunities within the company.
