Sales Development Representative

Location: Milton Keynes, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £14-16 per hour
Type: Full-time, Temporary initially for 4 weeks, but may be extended
Hours : 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (3 days in the office, 2 days at home, equipment provided)

About The Client

We’re currently working on behalf of our Milton Keynes based company, who are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic sales team.

What You’ll Do

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients. Your mission: spark interest, build relationships, and set the stage for successful sales.

  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound prospecting calls and selling add-on programmes to their existing programmes
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and report on key metrics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ year experience in a sales or customer-facing role (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • A team player with a growth mindset
