Position

The Sales Development Representative at Zenoti generates and qualifies sales leads through market research, cold calling and other lead generation tools. The SDR coordinates with the sales team to ensure successful connections with prospective customers, pursues existing leads, and helps process leads from mail campaigns, marketing efforts, trade shows and other events.

Responsibilities
  • Source new sales opportunities by working with the sales and lead generation teams
  • Perform inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting/cold calling
  • Create and qualify opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Research accounts, identify and build relationships with key decision makers and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build the sales pipeline and close deals
  • Assess, qualify and transfer leads to the appropriate Account Executive for a formal sales presentation
Skills & Qualifications
  • English-speaking SDR with language skills in Danish, Dutch, German and/or Spanish
  • Proven experience in inside sales, sales or lead generation
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing a high volume of calls per day
  • Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Business acumen to understand the opportunity landscape and customer needs
  • Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts clearly
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently
  • Knowledge of social networking sites and popular business directories
  • Experience in the salon, spa, medical spa, or fitness industry is a plus
