Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Consultant in our Bitterne office. The realistic OTE for this role is between £30,000 - £35,000.

It involves:

  • Organise and conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and guidance to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate sales, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
  • Handle enquiries from clients and external parties, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Provide regular feedback and general updates to our vendors and buyers.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations
