A leading furniture retailer in Southampton is looking for a Sales Consultant to provide excellent customer service and create rapport with clients. You will be responsible for greeting customers and ensuring a top-notch experience from ordering to delivery. Ideal candidates have a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. SALES CONSULTANT

The role

You’ll be the face of your store, greeting customers, creating rapport, understanding their needs, and creating an awesome end-to-end experience, from ordering to final mile delivery.

You’ll be part of a dynamic team that’s hungry for success. With our industry-leading training, you’ll soon become a Furniture Village expert, well-versed in beautiful furniture, world-class service, and understanding how to overdeliver on KPIs.
