As a Sales Associate at LIVY, you’ll be the face and voice of the brand, creating an inspiring, luxurious, and personalised shopping experience for every client. The successful applicant will combine deep product knowledge with empathy and confidence to help clients find pieces that make them feel their most empowered selves.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver outstanding, genuine customer service in a luxury retail setting.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised styling and follow-up.
• Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets.
• Maintain impeccable product presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Develop a strong understanding of LIVY’s collections, materials, and brand DNA.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock management and client appointments.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented environment.

About You :

• At least 1 year of experience in retail
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with clients.
• Confident in offering styling advice with discretion and professionalism.
• Motivated by goals, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences.
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about fashion, empowerment, and attention to detail.
• Additional language skills, such as Russian, Arabic, and Mandarin, are a plus.
• Lingerie or fashion retail experience is a plus.
