Overview

Sales Assistant / Driver – Crown Paints are looking to recruit a permanent part-time Sales Assistant / Driver to join our team at our Bridgwater store. The role is permanent, 25 hours per week (Monday - Friday and some Saturdays on a rota basis).

The package includes a salary of £12.21 per hour plus bonus and an excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the store team, collaboratively supporting the Store Manager to deliver sustainable and profitable sales growth for Crown Paints.
• Contribute to the store’s targets by taking a positive and motivated approach and driving innovative yet effective sales with our range of decorative paints and sundry items.
• Identify potential new customers, establish positive relationships, and regularly open customer accounts.
• Support daily store operations and customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
