Job description

Overview

The successful candidate will be supporting the Store Leadership team in delivering the general store operational duties with the potential to develop into a leadership role in the future. You will be expected to support neighbouring stores and so must be prepared to travel. Full training and development will be given to undertake this role. Maidstone store launched ToysRUs in-store last year, has a Post Office along with other company projects exposing candidates routinely to senior influencers in the Business. A top 50 Store with a dynamic customer proposition means never a dull day! There will be opportunities to flex up hours too, at the needs of the Business.

Working hours

30 hours working flexibly across 7 days. Store Opening Hours are: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00; Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. Therefore, your shifts will be across those hours including potentially up to 1 hour either side of open/close.

Sales Assistant

We pay in line with UK age-related minimum and living wage rates – so your pay will depend on your age group. Please see below:

• 16-18 years: £7.57
• 18-20: £10.03
• 21+: £12.25

• Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy and inviting for our customers
• Meeting high standards of display and visual merchandising helping customers find what they\'re looking for easily
• Being part of a team supporting colleagues
