A UK retail company is seeking a Sales Assistant in Maidstone to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. Responsibilities include stock replenishment and visual merchandising. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a commitment to high standards. The successful candidate will be supporting the Store Leadership team in delivering the general store operational duties with the potential to develop into a leadership role in the future. You will be expected to support neighbouring stores and so must be prepared to travel. Full training and development will be given to undertake this role. Maidstone store launched ToysRUs in-store last year, has a Post Office along with other company projects exposing candidates routinely to senior influencers in the Business. A top 50 Store with a dynamic customer proposition means never a dull day! There will be opportunities to flex up hours too, at the needs of the Business.
30 hours working flexibly across 7 days. Store Opening Hours are: Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00; Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. Therefore, your shifts will be across those hours including potentially up to 1 hour either side of open/close.
We pay in line with UK age-related minimum and living wage rates – so your pay will depend on your age group. Please see below:
