Sales Assistant

Location: Southampton, Hampshire. Salary: £13.43 P/H. Working Pattern: Thursday–Sunday, 30 hours per week.

Please note, this is a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Build strong product knowledge to guide and inspire customers.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
  • Process payments and handle cash.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is kept clean.
  • Foster a positive and professional in-store atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or premium retail desirable)
  • A polished, confident and chatty approach to customer service.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliability and flexibility, with ability to work Thursday to Sunday every week.
