Overview

Location: Greater Manchester

Level: Board-level / Senior Executive

Reports to: Managing Director / Board

Direct Reports: Sales Managers, Marketing Team, Customer Experience roles

Key Responsibilities
  • Land Acquisition Support
    • Deliver market research to guide land purchases
    • Advise on product type, mix, spec based on location & demand
    • Support land appraisals with competitor/market analysis
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy
    • Create/lead marketing & sales launch plans for new developments
    • Set and achieve strong sales rates
    • Maximise revenue with minimal discounting
    • Oversee advertising, branding, digital (web), and show home design
  • Customer Experience
    • Drive customer-centric service
    • Monitor satisfaction metrics and proactively improve service
    • Champion a positive sales team culture
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales & marketing team
    • Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability
    • Support people development and succession planning
  • Board & Business Unit Involvement
    • Contribute to overall business strategy
    • Own and manage departmental budget and KPIs
Person Specification
  • Must-Haves:
    • Proven experience in residential housebuilding sales & marketing
