Job description

In this role, your main responsibility will include assisting customers with their inquiries, preparing invoices and quotations, customs documents, and warehouse dispatches. You will coordinate product shipments, maintain accountability for costs while ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support order processing, manage relevant documentation, assist with reporting, and contribute to improving internal processes to ensure smooth sales and logistics operations across the UK subsidiary.
