We’re recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, values-led business operating within the ingredients and supply sector. The company works with a wide range of UK customers and is known for its ethical approach, long-term partnerships, and high standards of service and quality.

They are looking to appoint a Sales Coordinator to support day-to-day sales operations and customer service, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The Role

This is a varied coordination role supporting customer orders, internal communication, and sales administration. Full training is provided, making this well suited to someone with experience in customer service, sales administration, or office-based coordination who is looking for stability and development in a purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management
  • Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, EDI, or online systems
  • Check and confirm orders, progressing them through to invoicing and dispatch
Customer Support
  • Manage order queries, delivery issues, and stock requests
  • Support account managers with follow-ups and administration
Internal Coordination
  • Liaise with production, planning, and despatch teams to meet customer requirements
Administration
  • Maintain accurate records and run standard order reports
  • Support wider sales administration activities

  • Reliable, professional, and detail-focused

  • Well organised with good time management skills
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales administration
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
What’s On Offer
