We have a great opportunity to joinSovereign Network Group (SNG)as aSales Analyst within our Investment and Development team. You'll be based from our London office inWembley. This role will combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

It's an exciting time to join us as Sovereign have joined forces with Network Homes to form SNG (Sovereign Network Group). Together we provide over 84,000 homes and invest in communities across London and the South of England – our purpose being to provide quality affordable homes and places that people love for generations.

The Role

Working closely with the Senior Policy Research and Data Manager, this role is responsible for supporting sales analysis activities.

The role will collect, analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and insights that can drive business improvements across SNGs Sales products, systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal colleagues, systems and channels to identify opportunities to collect data that helps gain knowledge and insight
  • Support external stakeholders and third parties to gather business intelligence (BI) relating to customer demographics, market insights, trends and predictions
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes, products or services
  • Create clear and concise visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs and dashboards to facilitate decision-making
  • Assess the potential impact of proposed legislation, product, system or project changes on the organisation, its operations and financial objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements for systems and reporting
  • Contribute to the successful development and improvement of sales systems and processes, ensuring any improvements boost the availability of data to drive insight and learning
We are looking for someone who has

  • Build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
