We are looking for an exceptional sales analyst to join the ZURU team in London. This role will take responsibility for leading the in market trade marketing plans for all ZURU Edge brands, ensuring that we show up on shelf in an impactful and disruptive way. You will also support our sales team to build powerful customer focused selling stories and get hands on commercial experience with retailers across the UK market.

About the Role

As a Sales Analyst you will lead our trade marketing plans in the UK, working with internal marketing stakeholders, key customers & 3rd party design teams to ensure that all our brands show up in the UK market in the most impactful way, and that we get a strong return on investment for our executional plans.

You will also support the Sales team in the UK, gaining vital Account Management experience of how to drive strong external relationships, build sustainable P&Ls, analyse key data sources & persuade retailers to list our brands.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the relationships with all retailers in the UK market to build strong trade marketing plans, helping to build and develop impactful displays in store
  • Manage the trade marketing budget for the UK, ensuring that we maximise return on investment
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with marketing, supply chain, and other teams to execute trade strategies, maximize performance, and ensure ZURU brands are well-represented in-store and online.
  • Support our sales team to analyse data to build killer selling stories to take to major retailers in the UK
  • Support our sales teams to build and manage our P&Ls for each account, developing an in depth commercial knowledge
  • Support and monitor our NPD launches to ensure we maximise availability and impact from launch
  • Support with distributor relationships for the Irish market
