A leading utility provider in the UK is seeking motivated individuals to join their New and Customer Retention team. This remote role involves managing inbound calls from potential customers and existing ones, while meeting sales targets and call KPIs. Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus

Daily Expectations
Meet call handling KPIs such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.
Achieve sales targets, handle outstanding tasks and callbacks, attend training sessions, and participate in team huddles.
