Location: Remote

Hours: 40 hours per week, between 8:15 am and 5:45 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Salary: £26,800 plus monthly bonus

You’ll need to be a people person with excellent sales skills. Active listening and understanding customer needs are key to offering appropriate products.

Team and Responsibilities

Our New and Customer Retention team manages inbound calls from:

  • Potential customers interested in our services.
  • Existing customers considering cancelling services or their accounts.
  • Existing customers adding new services.

Daily Expectations

Meet call handling KPIs such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour and 90% adherence.

Achieve sales targets, handle outstanding tasks and callbacks, attend training sessions, and participate in team huddles.
